Do you like deep-sea fishes? Some people might say yes, but have you ate them? You can eat deep-sea fishes at Numadu city. The most famous dish used them called 深海魚丼, a lot of spooky fishes on the rice. Several years ago I went to Numadu city in Shizuoka Pref. and I ate 深海魚丼. It was the first time I ate deep-sea fishes but it was quite more delicious than I had expected. Raw fishes are fatty and a fried shrimp and fish are cranky. You need a bit courage to eat them but I assure you to enjoy this unique dish.
