Shochu Jelly covered by chocolate - Isami chocolate(伊佐美チョコ)

Recently there are a lot of chocolate liqueurs with sake and shochu, Japanese traditional liquor. In Japan, women give chocolate to men on Valentine day. I got a box of chocolates from my wife.



This chocolate covers jelly made by popular shochu named Isami(伊佐美). I've never eaten such kind of chocolate but the sweet taste of chocolate and the good smell of shochu are a really good combination.



March 14 is called "White Day" in Japan and men have to give some gifts to women who gave men some chocolate. I'm considering what I should give to my wife...

I couldn't find the same chocolate on the Internet but there are similar chocolates in Japan. You can find them at some supermarkets or department stores especially near Valentine day.
